Hotel and restaurant jobs boost hirings balance in March

Greece’s employment balance in March was positive by 61,912 more hires than departures, according to data from the Labour Ministry’s Ergani information system.

The hiring balance in March last year was 34,373, suggesting an improvement by 27,539 jobs. March also recorded the highest balance on record, beating the previous high of 55,494 in 2018.
