Construction market remains strong in Apr as building permits rise by 40 pct
The strong start to the year for building activity kept its pace in April, with a rise of 40.1 percent year-on-year (YoY), after a 39.8 percent increase in March, according to the data released by the Hellenic Statistical Agency (ELSTAT) on Friday.
The total number of permits issued in April reached 2,823, from 2,015 in April 2023.
