Retail sales growth slows to 4% YoY in Apr, volumes drop as fuel consumption decreases
The growth of Greece’s retail sales moderated further with a rise of 4 percent year-on-year (YoY) in April, after an increase of 6.1 percent in the previous month, Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) data released on Tuesday showed.
The corresponding volume index had a marginal drop of 0.1 percent YoY, from a 3 percent increase in March.
