Industrial production accelerates to 3.9% YoY in May, led by electricity supply
Greece’s Industrial Production Index (IPI) picked up pace in May with a rise of 3.9 percent year-on-year (YoY), from 2.1 percent in the previous month, according to Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) data released on Friday.
Month-on-month (MoM), the seasonally adjusted index in May recorded a rise of 1.9 percent, after a drop of 3.5 percent in the previous month.
