The Greek non-seasonally adjusted unemployment rate edged down to 23.1 percent in the second quarter (Q2) of 2016 from 24.9 percent in Q1, Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) figures displayed on Thursday.
The headline figure is the lowest Q2 rate since 2011, when the jobless rate was at 16.5 percent before it started its upswing towards a peak of 27.8 percent in Q4 2013.
