Amid speculation that ski resorts and the food service sector could be the next to see a relaxation of the current Covid-19 restrictions, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis intervened on Wednesday to suggest that the government’s next goal is to re-open secondary schools rather than other sectors of the economy.
“Other activities can wait,” Mitsotakis told Parliament as he explained that his administration’s focus is on getting teenagers back in school.
