Primary surplus inches up to 2.9 pct in Greece's 2015 draft budget

Greece's 2015 draft budget to be tabled in Parliament on Monday will forecast a primary surplus of 2.9 percent of GDP, Alternate Finance Minister Christos Staikouras said in an interview with Sunday's To Vima newspaper.
