A new meeting of the quintet on the Cyprus issue is expected to take place at the end of March under the auspices of the United Nations Auspices, following the European Union Council on the 25th of the same month.
The date for this new diplomatic initiative on behalf of the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, following the collapse of talks in July 2017, has not yet been confirmed.
