Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis begins a two-day visit to the USA on Monday, a trip that is taking place during a crucial time due to geopolitical challenges generated by the war in Ukraine but also for Southeast Europe.

Unavoidably, issues related to security, defence and energy will top the agenda of what will be the Greek premier’s second visit to Washington during his tenure.
