PM sees progress on lasting dispute with Albania after Tirana visit

The issue of the delimitation of maritime zones between Greece and Albania as well as the latter’s EU accession hopes topped the agenda of talks between the two premiers in Tirana, following the EU-Western Balkans Summit in the Albanian capital.
“I think we are close to making progress to resolve the issue,” Mitsotakis said, referring to the delimitation of the Exclusive Economic Zone.
