Mitsotakis joins calls for EU to develop air defence system
The Greek and Polish prime ministers Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Donald Tusk have called for the EU to finance and develop a European air defence shield.
In a letter addressed to European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen, sent last Thursday, the two leaders called for “a comprehensive air defence system to protect our common EU airspace against all the incoming threats.”
