Positive mood but little substance in Tsipras's Turkey visit

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras' first official visit to Turkey ended with no major breakthrough on Wednesday either with regard to the refugee crisis or the crucial issues related to bilateral relations.

Even though the atmosphere during the joint press conference between Tsipras and Turkey's Premier Ahmet Davutoglu following their meeting was very positive and friendly there were no signs that any concrete positions were agreed.
