After weeks of speculation, the government is set to announce a much-enhanced subsidy package which promises to shield households and businesses from skyrocketing energy bills.
The outline of the measures is due to be presented by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis himself in a televised address on Thursday evening, leaving key ministers to elaborate on the details on Friday.
