The government is facing fresh accusations of trying to control the media following the latest developments at Greece’s best known media group, Lambrakis Press Group (DOL).

Opposition parties questioned the government’s motives this week after DOL announced on Tuesday that a former SYRIZA MP, Vassilis Moulopoulos, would be joining the group to help it overcome its serious financial difficulties.
