If it's debt restructuring you're looking for, Regling's not your man
The head of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) Klaus Regling leads an organisation that in its previous form as the European Financial Stability Fund (EFSF), issued loans of 17.7 billion euros to Ireland, 26 billion euros to Portugal and just under 131 billion to Greece.

Greek politics to dash voters hopes again

Greek QE eligibility? We're not there yet
Following the European Central Bank’s governing council meeting on Thursday, Mario Draghi provided more detail about issues relating to the eligibility of Greek government bonds (GGBs) for the Quantitative Easing (QE) programme and reinstating the waiver on Greek government securities for ECB funding.

Greece deal leaves many questions
After all the hoopla over Greece in recent months, it’s weird that the agreement of a deal on Tuesday was not met with more celebration. It certainly came as a surprise to most analysts that a deal was struck (it’s amazing how fast agreement can be found when Greece capitulates and signs up to everything immediately).
